I would have wanted a name closer to MY NAME--that would be "wanderings", but it sounds too unsettling; besides, i haven't wandered far enough from home! (‘Tis the spirit, s…) I wanted to project variety. Would’ve picked potpourri, but my senses tells me it is too soft and too... scented. Musings and mosaics may take different forms and styles, which got me close to electing "eclicktick", but that’d be a name for my online company selling just about anything (hello, eBay)! Thus, the name that sizzles in summer (pun for pan) and smells like... home. And the taste? Super! (Maybe a bunch of you, guys, like "four seasons", but it wouldn't sound home anymore!) So, here… cooked and served.
